I’ve called three separate times this morning and no one has answered the phone. Are the phones just completely abandoned???
Buildings are not locked so allow entry of strangers. Building entrance is dirty and littered with trash No response for assistance on home matters or repairs Complex need to post consequences for tenants or visitors littering.
