Amanda is licensed in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. As a life long resident of Newburyport, she attribute her love and appreciation for historic architecture to her pre teen years where she ​has experienced first hand the transformation and restoration of the city of Newburyport and the downtown. Raised in a family of a local real estate professional with her parents being early investors, she got exposure to the industry at an early age and learned the historic value of our community and homes. She has been trained as a specialist in historic real estate through the National Trust for Historic Preservation, and is proud member of the Newburyport Preservation Trust.
